Hydration is also key, so Olivia drinks plenty of water throughout the day to keep her skin plump and healthy.
Mental wellness is just as important to Olivia as physical skincare. Dancing can be stressful, and maintaining a positive mental state helps her perform at her best. Olivia practices mindfulness and meditation to stay grounded. “Taking time to center yourself is vital,” she says. She also engages in activities that bring her joy outside of dancing, such as reading and spending time with loved ones.
